For a while, it seemed that loan modification companies were being very quiet, but I heard on the radio that new bank regulations are going to make loan modification companies feverishly sought out again. It seems banks are going to be given even more incentives to help customers stay in their homes and along side with loan modification companies, this means excellent news for those who are having problems making mortgage payments and those close to being in foreclosure. Last year, a friend of my father’s was in a bit of trouble making his mortgage payments and tried doing a loan modification, but did not succeed. A couple of months back they enlisted the help of one of the many loan modification companies and today they are sporting an amount due on their monthly bill that had my dad wishing he too would get into the loan modification game. Now that banks will have even more reasons to approve modifications, with the help of loan modification companies, lots of people are going to be sporting amounts due on their mortgage bill like Christmas came early. Being able to save a home, for many of us, feels just like being able to save the lives of someone we love and in that process loan modification companies are the stopping foreclosure doctors.
