Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac is allowing rentors to stay in homes that are being foreclosed.  All the details are not clear, but there is a definite willingness to help these poor people stay in their homes.  Obviously Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac would rather have some revenue being generated while they figure out what they are going to do with the home.  It might be best to hire a lawyer to negotiate this process, but more information is coming.
