Stopping Foreclosure One Home at a Time |

Stopping foreclosure just got easier with the new housing rescue programs in place at the federal level. When you set about stopping foreclosure, you are doing yourself, your bank, and the entire economy something very good. The reason we are in this mess is because of all the foreclosures that occurred in 2007 and 2008, and the most sensible way to fix the economy is to fix the problem. People may have gotten themselves into a financial mess by taking out a bad loan or buying too much home, and the collective economic impact of this has been devastating to the real estate and construction industries. Now, collectively, if all the people who got themselves in financial trouble with too much house or payments they can't afford take steps to stopping foreclosure, the overall impact will be positive. It's such a good idea to make it possible for people to keep their homes instead of walking away, adding to the economic woes this country is facing. Hopefully we will solve the economic crisis by stopping foreclosure one rooftop at a time. |
