College Buddy was SOL Until Talking to Loan Modification Companies |

I have a college buddy who about four years ago bought a small home out in Avondale, Arizona. For those who don’t know where this is, I don’t think some Arizonians even know where this place is, it is a growing community about 30 minutes without traffic east of Phoenix. It is a classic example of the development craze, which occurred before the residential meltdown. At the time, he was getting a great deal on the house. No one in the neighborhood was stopping foreclosure, the past decade had seen steadily rising home prices in the area and he had an easy to manage ARM payment. Then the residential market crashed. Hundreds of Loan Modification Companies opened up in Arizona because of the overdevelopment.
Long story short, he fell behind on his payments, which had increased, stopping foreclosure was on his mind and he thought he was done for. His home appraised for less then what it was worth and he was left wondering why. If it wasn’t for early action with Loan Modification Companies he probably would have lost his house and credit score. Thanks to them and a promotion at work, he weathered the storm and still lives there.
